Centre for Intercultural Development (CI-CD)
is a research and training organisation specialising since 1978 in Cross-cultural Communication.
Working
in partnership with Diversity Works Ltd., CI-CD is the hub of a network of the
leading consultants in

For 25
years, John Twitchin was senior producer in charge of all BBC TV management
training output, and also responsible for
BBC diversity, equality and multicultural programming. From among over
300 broadcast programmes, he created the training videos most widely used
globally for anti-discrimination, equal opportunities, managing diversity and
for developing awareness and skills of cross-cultural communication.
