We
can supply on request independent evidence of the effectiveness of our
workshops, via reports of all participants’ qualitative response sheets –
evaluative, consultative and diagnostic – documenting their follow-up actions in cascading learning
in teams; their own ‘felt-needs’ development audits; their suggestions for
senior management on implementing policies and laws re Diversity. Such reports
are confidential; but some Trusts permit copying to others in NHS on
request. We have reports from HR
Directors detailing the outcomes of workshops 3-6 months later: such objective
evidence of change is the acid test of any training scheme’s
impact/effectiveness.
