We can supply on request independent evidence of the effectiveness of our workshops, via reports of all participants’ qualitative response sheets – evaluative, consultative and diagnostic – documenting  their follow-up actions in cascading learning in teams; their own ‘felt-needs’ development audits; their suggestions for senior management on implementing policies and laws re Diversity. Such reports are confidential; but some Trusts permit copying to others in NHS on request.  We have reports from HR Directors detailing the outcomes of workshops 3-6 months later: such objective evidence of change is the acid test of any training scheme’s impact/effectiveness.
